Sally started her real estate career as a new sales project manager at Brad J. Lamb Realty in 2000. The company is a well-known boutique brokerage in downtown Toronto that specializes in new home, in particular, new condominium sales. She was deeply involved in dozens of new home developments, which includes award-winning buildings i.e. Mozo, Radio City, Tip Top Lofts, Toy Factory Lofts, Chocolate Factory Lofts, 75 Portland, 650 King West, Spire Condominium and more. 

With her active participation in marketing sessions, pre-sale meetings, the new project launching events and her experiences working closely with developers, lawyers, buyers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers, she gained remarkable insight into the new condo sales and demonstrated her excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sally became a licensed real estate agent in 2002 and received her broker designation in 2006. Before she joined Royal LePage Terrequity family, Sally also served as a sales manager at one of Daniels’ sites for Baker Real Estate in 2009.

In the past 18 years, Sally has witnessed the tremendous change and growth of the city that’s transformed Toronto into one of the most liveable cities in the world. She is a big advocate for the importance of knowledge in real estate. Her expertise in the local market includes areas from King West, Queen West to Corktown and Leslieville; from downtown Waterfront, Mimico to Yorkville, Bayville Village, which makes her the unequivocal go-to resources for all your real estate needs. 

As an experienced agent, Sally understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life. She views her representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege. Prior to starting her real estate career, Sally also shined when it came to exceptional peerless customer service and paying attention to details when she worked as a sales and marketing manager at a 5-star hotel for seven years. She carried these skills with her and continually satisfied her real estate clients. Sally is an industry expert dedicated to providing service and expertise that makes each transaction as seamless and successful as possible whether you are a buyer, a seller or an investor.

Sally moved to Toronto from Shanghai, China about 2 decades ago. She speaks fluently in both Chinese and English, and also has profound language skills in Cantonese and Shanghai dialect. Her unique ethical culture background helps her to understand more about newcomers’ needs and requirements of the local real estate market. She has successfully completed many real estate investment transactions for international buyers as well as closed many house deals for new immigrants settling into the GTA.

As an award-winning agent of the prestigious Royal LePage Terrequity family, Sally has received numerous awards including the Terrequity Platinum Award, the President’s Gold Award, and the Service Excellence Award for seven consecutive years and she is also a member of the organization’s Top Tier Circle.
